Our testers noted that the Nipper cheap double stroller was incredibly easy to maneuver, even taking off on uneven ground or turning fast in the middle of a busy street. The fact that the seats can be reclined independently was also a big hit.

The hoods were also simple to adjust for wind or sun protection. They did not offer the same amount of coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's worth having an extra rain cover in case.

Overall, our test participants were impressed with the Nipper double's ability to allow them to take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all kinds of adventures. From spotting wildlife in a forest to rushing to a park to play with their friends, they loved it. The testers were also impressed by how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There is plenty of room for growing toddlers. The lack of parent-facing seating and the inability to use car seat in this buggy were cited as a disadvantage by our test participants. They would also have liked to see a larger storage space to store shopping items and other accessories.
