The Roomie Glide is available to purchase from John Lewis for PS160, which Roanna considered to be an affordable cost for a cot that has these advanced features. She also liked how it looked in the bedroom and thought that its grey colour is a good fit for modern homes. However, she did point that it's not a great idea to rock a young baby, as it can create a bad habit for later sleep patterns.

The Tutti Bambini CoZee

The Tutti Bambini CoZee bedside crib is designed to provide the best bedside cots sleep possible. It has a drop-side rail that can be easily lifted to feed your child at night without disturbing them or getting out of the bed. This is great for breastfeeding mothers! It's also lightweight and easy to move around during naps or for travel.

We love the fact that it's made from soft materials with breathable mesh sides that promote airflow and ease of use. It's available in charcoal and oak and has a variety of melange fabric options that are compatible with all decor styles. Anna found it to be solid and secure when it was attached to her bed. The legs clicked into place and the zippers were secured to ensure security. It took her around 10 minutes to assemble and didn't require tools, with clear instructions and a video or customer support number available if you have any problems.

The CoZee crib has all the features you'd think of in a crib for your bed, including the ability to attach it to your existing bed with a stay-in-place connection system. It also has six height settings. Additionally there is an incline feature that can be used to help babies suffering from reflux or congestion. It can also be washed by a machine essential for all the dribbles and vomit that can be found in a newborn baby!

The CoZee is an excellent choice if you want to keep your child close during their first six months of learning to fall asleep independently. It can be used as a crib, changing station or toddler bed. With the addition of a sofa-bed extension pack, it could be transformed into an crib. It will not feed your baby or magically put them to sleep it will rock them to send them off!

The Chicco Next2Me Magic

This is one of Chicco's most expensive models, but it comes with a lot of features. It can be used either a side-sleeper or as a standalone crib that is suitable for babies from birth to six months. It features a brand new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel and is simple to use, even for one-handed operation. It's also more adjustable than its predecessor, having 11 different height levels as well as feet that retract to place under any bed.

Our testers appreciated the ease of access offered by the side panel, which can be moved upwards and downwards with just one push of a button. This was a huge help during night time feeds because it meant they could reach into and pick up their baby without waking them.

The side panel can be lowered by itself however it isn't recommended as this increases the chance of your baby falling out of the cot. It's a co sleeper bedside cot-sleeping crib that is securely attached to your bed and can be converted into a stylish cot once your baby is old enough. Ideal for feeding at night and enhancing your bond with your newborn.

The Shnuggle Air crib is designed to breathe, which is different from other models. Its dual-view mesh sides as well as airflow mattress that is breathable and hypoallergenic increase airflow to keep your baby cool and comfortable. The drop-down side is also easily accessed to feed or calm babies in the middle of the night this was a huge selling point for our exhausted test mothers. The Joie Roomie Glide is a sleek and functional crib that doesn't rock nor does it come with extra features like a sound machine.
