But, in general Roanna felt that the Joie Roomie Glide was a really good buy and she was particularly impressed by its elegant design.

John Lewis sells the Roomie Glide for PS160. Roanna thought this was a fair price for an item. She also liked how it was positioned in the bedroom, and believed that its grey colour would suit most modern homes. However, she did point out that it isn't a great idea to rock a younger baby as it could set a bad habit for later sleep patterns.

The Tutti Bambini CoZee bedside crib is designed to give you a good night's rest. It has an adjustable side rail that can be easily lifted to feed your child at night without disturbing them or forcing them out of the bed. This is perfect for mothers who breastfeed! It's also lightweight, which makes it easy to move around the house during nap time and when traveling.

We love that it's constructed of soft fabrics with mesh sides that are breathable, which promote airflow and ease of use. It comes in oak or charcoal with a variety of melange fabrics that blend with all styles of decor. Anna found it to be sturdy and secure when affixed to her bed, with the legs securely snapping into the frame and the zips securely secured for baby-safety. It took Anna around 10 minutes to put together and didn't require any tools. There are clear instructions along with a video and customer support number if you experience any issues.

Alongside the usual features you'd expect from a bedside crib, like being able to connect to your existing bed with a stay-in place connection system and six levels of height The CoZee comes with an additional incline option that can be used to help ease reflux or congestion in infants. It is also machine-washable and is a must for all the spills and snot that can be found in a newborn baby!

If you want to keep your baby close during the first six months when they're able to go to sleep on their own, the CoZee is a fantastic option because it can be used as a stand-alone cot, changing table or toddler bed. It can also be transformed into a sofa bed with the addition of an extension pack. Although it can't magically bring your baby to sleep or feed them, it can rock them and send them off.

This is one of the more expensive alternatives. However, it comes with numerous excellent features. It can be used as either a side-sleeper or as a standalone crib, and is suitable for infants from birth to six months. It is easy to open and close the side panel using a brand new mechanism. It's also more flexible than the previous model, with 11 different height settings as well as retractable legs for a secure installation underneath any bed.

Our testers appreciated the ease of access offered by the side panel, that can be moved up and downwards with just a single push of a switch. This was particularly helpful during nighttime feedings as they could reach in and pick up their baby without waking them up.

It is possible to lower the side panel by itself, but this isn't advised, because it increases the chance that your child will get out of the cot. The safety locking system makes sure that the side panel will remain in place when it is attached correctly to the mattress of the parent. This feature is fantastic for peace of mind if you're breastfeeding and require frequent nighttime feeds.

Telescopic legs allow the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed, such as divan bases or beds with drawers. It features a tilting feature for babies with reflux, as well as the ability to rock to calm them after eating. It's also incredibly large and has excellent ventilation thanks to its mesh sides.

During our tests, we found the gliding motion of this next-to-me crib to be extremely beneficial in helping babies fall asleep after feedings at midday and in the evening. The drop-down sides make it easy to feed or soothe babies throughout the night. This was a big selling point for our exhausted test moms. Although it doesn't rock or come with extra features, like a sound machine, the Joie Roomie Slide's sleek design and functional features make it a great addition to our top crib reviews for bed.
