Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations used.

For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item like an armor, weapon or ring. This replaces the item with an identical item however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. However, they don't keep the quality of the original item upgrading and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or bought at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an item, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage done by melee and weapons, while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give players additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, stays on the spot until the next success is to be rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of each Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's store will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

In the end, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the value of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's levels and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and doesn't affect the durability of the item. The system is an excellent choice for those who want to get an edge in battle but don't want to spend a lot of money. Additionally players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition, players can cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets players increase the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It is achieved by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an Best item upgrader is reached.

Items with upgraded base stats will display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade item component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can add equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the gear will appear like when it reaches its next level. Once the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will start the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available to it. When a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will come with discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Items upgrades enable players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ depending on the type of item upgrade however, you'll usually require Dilithium and an amount of Upgrade Tokens.

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them extra effects or an increased item level. These upgrades can be gotten from various sources in the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is added to an item, it can't be removed and substituted without restriction, however the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the stats of an item.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" For instance, increases the base defense and adds an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" however increases damage from weapons.

Some items benefit from being upgraded less for their increased stats and more because it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will add an item in your inventory after you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show you how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
