item upgrader upgrading allows players to increase the gear score of an item upgrade up to 700, and then add an additional perk. Items can be upgraded by keeping them in inventory, and then taking them to the kiln.

Certain items are worth upgrading due to their distinctive stats. (For instance an excellently rolled breakpoint armor used in melee PvP). Other items like weapons don't change much after an upgrade and therefore aren't worth it.

Weapons

Upgrades to weapons can increase their numerical stats, like attack damage, crit chance, and PvE/PvP damage. Weapons have a flat-rate bonus that increases damage per second. In addition there are many weapons with an added bonus that is activated when three or more of the same weapon is present on a single unit. This bonus could be greater than the damage that a weapon upgrade can do on its own.

The cost of upgrading a weapon is contingent on its rarity and current level. For example the weapon with a +2 rating will require two regular Smithing Stones to upgrade while an upgrade of +3 requires four. The number of stones needed to upgrade the weapon will continue to increase until it is required to use an upgrade to a higher level of Smithing Stones, at which the number will be reset to one.

Upgrades to weapons will also reroll the stats of their base. While this is usually an excellent thing but it can also have negative consequences as well. For items that only see use in a certain build (Whistant's shield for FB Sorcs, for example) upgrading them could render them unusable unless you have an extremely lucky roll.

Armor items can be upgraded to improve their stats. This will increase the base defense of a chest or helm as well as belts and gloves. These will increase their required strength and agility. Armor also offers a reroll option for its Enhanced Defense percent, which means that it can sometimes roll back to a lower number.

The upgrade template for a weapon shows the new stats that it will gain when upgraded and their respective values. This means that a change from a sword that has 8 damage to an 11-attack-damage sword will result in a weapon receiving 3% of attack damage. The 3% difference does not mean that the weapon will strike 3 times less, as it is an absolute number.

A weapon can also be rerolled using the green button, which is accompanied by circular arrows within the menu for items. This will reroll an item and alter its stats but not reset the weapon's levels, or tie it to the account status.

Armor

A few tweaks to your armor can make a huge difference in your ability to survive. Certain sets provide massive increases in poison or curse, fire, and magic resistance, which makes it easier to navigate through tough terrain. In general, the more defense you can offer your character, the greater health you'll receive from each point. So, it's Best item upgrade to upgrade your armor.

You can upgrade your armor by visiting one of the Great Fairy Fountains. There are four Great Fairy Fountains in the game, and to unlock each one you have to complete an additional quest that involves the Stable Trotters. After you've completed your main quest, and the corresponding fountains, you'll be able to talk to any Great Fairy in order to unlock the armor upgrade menu.

The amount of material needed to upgrade each piece of armor will vary. It is possible to use anything from three Red Chuchu jellies and 10 Rupees to upgrade the first armor piece, and between five Rubies or 10 Fire-Breath Lizalfos Horns to upgrade each subsequent one. The Champion Leathers, for example, can be upgraded to a +5 defense rating, which allows you to remain competitive in cold environments with a lot of adversaries. The Snowquill Headdress, on the other hand, can be upgraded as high as +20 defense, which means you're able to withstand a rout with your comrades.

It's important to note that armor cannot be upgraded in the same way as weapons, so you'll want to focus on upgrading it to gain physical strength if you're a Warrior or Spell Power if you're a Mage. It's also a good idea to save your armor upgrades for the armor you'll still be wearing at the end of the game, such as the Ring of Lightning and Spectral Shield or the helmet you'll wear for the final boss battle, the Monter Parts Merchant's mask.

You can also get some benefits to your armor by presenting the jeweler at Gerudo Town 10 Twinkling Titanite. Potions

Version 1.7.2 brought a few changes to the way potions are used. Splash potions, for instance, now have a duration zero, not the 22.5 seconds that are displayed on the item hover display. Unlike the Java Edition, Bedrock edition potions cannot be used in cauldrons. Additionally, using a potentio on a full cauldron drains the liquid and replenishes the bottle.

Finally, there are lingering potions that are made with splash and dragon breath potions. Redstone can also be added to lingering potions to extend their effect. The potion table is now arranged more like the Java Edition, and new potions were added, such as potion of leaping, decomposition potion, as well as turtle master potions.

Trinkets

A trinket can be a small, inexpensive ornament or piece of jewelry. It may also refer to an object or ornament that serves a purpose, but is not particularly significant like a thimble. In some cultures a trinket is used to show affection or friendship between family members.

Once they have become useless, trinkets can be upgraded to a greater level. The new trinket comes with an additional bonus of 1. However, a re-upgrade can cause the trinket to be destroyed, unless it is saved using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or a higher-tier salvage tool. Upgrades to trinkets can be more expensive than other upgrades, but still cheaper than buying an entirely new trinket.
