This is one of Chicco's most expensive models, but it is packed with lots of features. It's designed to function as an individual side sleeper or standalone crib and is suitable from birth to six months. It comes with a new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel. It's easy to use, even for one-handed operation. It's also more adjustable than the previous model, with 11 different height settings and retractable legs for a secure place under any bed.

Our testers were impressed by the ease of use offered by the side panel, which can be moved upwards and down with one push of a switch. This was particularly useful in the evening when feeding time was over, since they could reach in and pick up their baby without waking them.

The side panel can be lowered by itself however it isn't recommended as this increases the risk of your child falling out of the cot. The safety locking system makes sure that the side panel will only stay down if it is connected correctly to the parent's mattress. This is a great feature to have in place for peace of mind, particularly if you're breastfeeding and require frequent night feeds.

It took us about an hour to put together and was fairly simple to put together. The only issue was the lack of captions in writing on a few images which made it difficult to understand certain steps. Overall, the procedure was simple and the materials used were of top quality.
