Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the power of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased Best item upgrader like armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for a different one similar item, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any wasted resources will not be refunded.

Survivors can obtain tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of an item of equipment for example, increasing its damage.

Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To create them, you'll need an upgrade level token to reroll. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next Success is to be rerolled. This helps you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of each preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grasping them. Once they're opened, they display a full description and an icon for the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These stones are special stones which increase the value of an Best item upgrader by improving its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. They are also available to players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". The screen will show a summary of the item's level, and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. This is an excellent choice for those who want to get an edge in battle, but don't want to strain their wallets. Additionally players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for novice players. There are several ways to obtain the stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It's done by combining an Best item upgrade with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in that area. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to one item at a time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a specific quantity of items to be used, as well as a minimum level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, an image of the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after the player has enough materials will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of an item will be increased by an amount of. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available to it. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this could destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Items upgrades enable players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on the kind of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The upgrade items can be used to make sets and weapons for extra effects or a higher level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it can't be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.

Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item upgrader.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases the base defense and adds an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire", however increases damage from weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get the perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will display the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. This includes the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) and the level of the item, the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will put an item in your inventory once you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are towards getting the Upgrade item (nativ.media) completed. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
